“I'd rate the room as 6.5/10. Linen was fresh and clean, and everything was functional. Handy location too. But the room could have been cleaner. And it was a bit "tired" and could do with a proper refit/tidy.
Also, in the evening we called reception re using the spa or sauna; but no one answered, so we left a msg that no one replied to.”
