“Sono andata in questo hotel dietro consiglio di una guida. L'aspetto dell'hotel è molto bello e ricco di storia, è un vero e proprio simbolo a St.Pete. Purtroppo peró siamo rimasti molto delusi in primis dalla camera, troppo piccola considerando sia il prezzo che l'esclusività dell'hotel e anche gli standard americani a cui eravamo abituati. Il bagno era davvero imbarazzante... non potevamo usarlo contemporaneamente ma solo a turni. L'accoglienza è stata fredda e ci sentivamo solo un numero.....

“Be aware of $25 a night parking fee. Only thing I disliked about property. Also be aware of bill from Expedia. It had resort fees on there but further down stated resorts fees were due at property. Ended up paying $300 extra I between resort fees and parking. Book spa well before visiting. They had nothing available once I was there. Staff was great, pool was good and restaurants were great as well”
