“The room was clean and comfortable; however we woke up to no running water in the bathroom. Too bad i found out after the release of my dinner at 7 a.m. I see someone cleaning the rooms and ask about the water, but he isn't fluent in English and shows me a message on his phone that the whole building water was off and they had no idea on when it would come back on. We go to the front desk where we checked in to report the problem and were informed that they no longer manage the property and we...
