“La camera è davvero fantastica, niente da dire. Ci sono però alcuni punti negativi, riscontrati in parte nella difficoltà di comunicazione con lo staff (che non parla inglese) ma soprattutto nella rumorosità delle stanze. Forse anche complici dei vicini poco educati, non siamo riusciti a chiudere occhio durante il soggiorno in quanto si sente davvero il minimo rumore, che risulta amplificato dalla grandezza delle stanze. “We loved our stay at Garto, it was by far our favourite resort on our travels. The staff and owner are very helpful and friendly. The villas are large with a separate kitchen, very comfortable beds/seating area, large terrace and the most amazing, privacy screened, outdoor waterfall shower. “The staff was great in accommodating our requests and also very polite and nice, but maybe this is the Thai style. They helped with organizing a day trip to see main points on the island, which was excellent . The pool was a bit green when we arrived and we had to tell them to clean it and add chlorine. The furniture in the room though, needs some maintenance. The foor to the pool was not closing well and Geico was coming in the room.”

“We had a wonderful stay. The villa is beautifully designed and perfect for large groups, with plenty of space to enjoy time together while still having privacy when needed. The location was excellent, just a short distance from Fisherman’s Village and close to lots of activities for the kids. We especially enjoyed using the complimentary kayaks provided by the resort.
