"La struttura bella e nuova, nulla da dire su ogni tipo di dervizio, l'unica cosa che le pulizie delle camere non erano impeccabili da struttura a 5 stelle. A parte questo la struttura è consigliatissima, buon cibo, mare meraviglioso, bella spiaggia attrezzata. Bar sia in spiaggia sia in tutte e due le piscine. Tre ristoranti oltre al ristorante a buffet. DJ Set e corsi di yoga."

"Overall, we had a very pleasant stay. The resort is large but very well organised, with different areas suitable for families, couples of all ages and groups of friends. Even though it was fully booked, it never felt overcrowded. The setting is beautiful, especially at sunset, and the staff were consistently extremely kind and welcoming. The room was comfortably cool thanks to the air conditioning, but remained quite humid. We reported a poorly draining shower on the first day; although someone came to fix it, the problem continued throughout our stay and the shower area flooded every time we used it. We also had ants around the desk area for most of the stay. For a resort of this standard, we would have appreciated a proper coffee machine rather than instant coffee and a kettle. We also found it disappointing that only one complimentary bottle of water was provided on arrival. After that, water had to be purchased for €5 through room service or from the minimarket. In our opinion, one large or two small complimentary bottles per day should be standard. Breakfast was excellent, varied and of very good quality. We would have preferred it to run until 11:00 rather than 10:30, but we especially appreciated that the buffet remained fully stocked right until closing time. The freddo cappuccino at Troia Bar was pleasant but far from a proper one, especially for the price. There was also a slight kitchen smell when entering the main restaurant, although this was a minor issue."

"Hotel molto bello e curato, camere e hall eleganti, tutto molto nuovo e ben tenuto, compreso il giardino, colazione buona ma non eccellente (uova non cotte al momento, succhi di frutta industriali). Purtroppo l’acqua delle piscine è ghiacciata anche ad Agosto per cui non sono fruibili: in un 5 stelle che basa il suo charme sulle camere (delle bellissime junior suite) pool access non è accettabile non sia previsto un sistema (pannelli solari?) per rendere l’acqua più tiepida e balneabile."
