"The resort is very nice, offering both a small private beach and a large swimming pool. The restaurant serves excellent food for dinner, although it is quite expensive.
We found the wine prices, including the local wines, to be extremely high.
In addition, a few waiters subtly suggested that we would have a "better experience" if we chose a different wine (and much more expensive) than the one we had ordered. We did not appreciate those comments.
The check-in process was also rather formal. Most of the information was provided through a simple QR code, which made the experience feel impersonal. A warm welcome or a simple question such as, "Is this your first time at the resort? at the isle? " would have been appreciated. However, this did not significantly affect our overall stay."
