“The rooms were clean. The pools were clean, facilites spotless but there were some maintenance work during the day. There was also construction on the side of the property and along with that is the noise associated with trucks. The restaurants were ok, nothing out of the ordinary for what you would expect for an all inclusive of this caliber.”

“The staff were all very friendly and helpful. I spent a lot of time at the adult pool and frequently interacted with the staff for free beer/drinks. Vicky was the best and always had a great attitude and smile for me! Valet staff was also very fast and helpful.”

“Loved everything at the resort itself. Restaurants are great, drinks are good BUT they have a fly infestation that is worrisome. They are all over the buffet. They should somehow try and control the problem somehow. Rooms are clean, employees awesome just the flies on the food”
