“Wonderful hotel. Our room was incredible. We stayed in Darwin. But there was no hot water for 2/3 of our stay. All we were able to get out of them was a free breakfast one day. I would have expected a significant discount given this lacking amenity ”

“The hotel and the room was clean. Staff was friendly and very helpful. The breakfast was very good. This hotel is not located in the town so you need to take a taxi to restaurant , shopping, and other activities”

“All was fine for a one night stay. The only issue is the WiFi is spotty at best. ”

“Amazing location overlooking the bay. We saw sea turtles, reef sharks, sea lions and lots of fish just sitting at the bar sipping cocktails. Breakfast is at the sister hotel across the road. The food served is from 2pm-10pm only (and also comes from across the street) and is cash only but very delicious (we had the meat and fish skewers). Only stayed one night before our cruise but would definitely stay there again if we were to return (and for longer than one night only).”

“Fernando was a helpful guest. He helped us with the arrangements of the islands tours and also shared with us good suggestions for restaurants and living Santa Cruz island. Delicious and tailored breakfast every morning.”

“Se lo recomendaría a cualquiera que venga a Ecuador por primera vez. Después de disfrutar de Puerto Aoya en las Galápagos, se puede entrar en contacto con la vida de los lugareños en el restaurante y supermercado Bellavista. El hotel se encuentra en un lugar tranquilo y relajante. Para llegar a Puerto Aoya, recomendamos alquilar una bicicleta y coger el autobús de vuelta al túnel por 50¢. El personal es amable.”
