“I like all the staff in this hotel. What I don’t like is the outlets. All our cellphone and laptop chargers seems too small for the outlet. No outlets in the bathroom to plug the hair blower in. Also, please include toilet papers in your amenities and always put two bathroom towels as your rooms are good for two people. The room rates are reasonable, so I will still be back as I always visit family back home every year. Overall experience is fantastic and that’s because of the staff. Keep them...

“We very much liked the layout of the room, the beds were very comfortable and the staff all friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good though it would nice if expedia would offer an option for it to be included in the booking.”

“Best hotel in Bacolod and staff are amazing. I got to the airport and realised I’d left my passport in the safe. They had it to me in half an hour and I was still able to catch my flight. I’ll be back next year!”
