“The staff took forever to clean my room . I told the lady at 10 am that I would want a make up room. And she even asked me for my room number and to my disappointment when I went back at 2:30!in the afternoon the room was not yet done . I called and spoke to three different front desks staff and they always told me in 3 min they will come to clean . Until finally my last call the cleaning lady came and cleaned it . For a 5 star hotel this is worst since this was the first time I experienced this...

Their last email 2 months ago when I book it at May 27 is their waterpark is open 6 days a week (wednesday to monday) When we got there its only 3 days (friday to sunday) and we were there during the waterpark was close.
