“I like all the staff in this hotel. What I don’t like is the outlets. All our cellphone and laptop chargers seems too small for the outlet. No outlets in the bathroom to plug the hair blower in. Also, please include toilet papers in your amenities and always put two bathroom towels as your rooms are good for two people. “Staff is honest, hardworking, goes above & beyond regular tasks CONSISTENTLY!👏👏👏Definitely clean & business friendly. “We stayed at Casa Coco, the oldest part of the Resort. All was good with exception of: WIFI in the room was not working properly but in the hall was very good and fast; cleanliness of the room and of the common parts not very precise, anyway acceptable (just few stains on the tablecloths and a bad smells from the shower plumbing).
