“We stayed at Casa Coco, the oldest part of the Resort. All was good with exception of: WIFI in the room was not working properly but in the hall was very good and fast; cleanliness of the room and of the common parts not very precise, anyway acceptable (just few stains on the tablecloths and a bad smells from the shower plumbing). “The room didn’t have towels when we got there and we couldn’t control the A/C, the water was not hot and the bathroom needed the grout and caulking cleaned or repaired. All not terrible, but for the price we paid, it just brought the rating down for me. Would stay there again, but only if the price is right. Location is amazing. The Filipino folk music at the restaurant for dinner was a little too loud for me and lacked variety.”

“Surprisingly, in my opinion, the front desk area was a bit small. The entrance to the hotel was also a little difficult to find, especially if you're walking. It seems much easier to locate if you're driving. On a positive note, the hotel employees were very approachable, friendly, and easy to talk to, which made the experience more welcoming. Overall, we had a nice experience at the hotel.”
