All of the staff were incredibly inviting and helpful the entire time from arranging Taxis to get me to do day trips to shuttles on elsewhere I needed to go and best of all there is a pool to help cool off considering how incredibly hot it can be in Nicaragua. “One of my favorite stays while I visited Nicaragua. It is not only because of the amazing views or the beautiful rooms, but the staff. They are warm and friendly, building connections and community. All staff members were great, but Keiling, Alejandro, and Omar went out of their way for me. ”

Location is good and the promotional price I paid was excellent value with included breakfast and a nice 5-bed shared room with a decent bathroom. The WiFi was good and a coffee was a reasonable 35 as were beers at 50. Breakfast was included too and was decent also. “The property was quiet, the staff was excellent( especially at the bar and the morning breakfast staff). It’s within walking distance of a ton of restaurants, and all of the churches and plazas. There’s no need to do the horse carriage tours. Visit the chocolate museum. There’s a pizza place across the street. The only slight complaint was that the room was too cold sometimes.”
