The reception staff was friendly and helpful. The toilet seat was cracked. There was a double bed and a single bed up winding stairs and a couch that made into a single bed below. It was extremely noisy because the elevator shaft was next to the double bed and the walls were so thin that we heard everything at the reception plus guests waiting by the elevator. However, the worst of all was breakfast. The first morning the cat that “joined” us jumped on the buffet table and grabbed food from the guests’ selection. The same food remained for the guests to eat. Totally unsanitary! The girl cutting the bread, etc. moved the cat outside (although it quickly came back in through the open door) and then continued working without washing her hands. The second morning a vagrant came in to eat. He touched almost every dish and searched through all the bread, filling 2 plates with the bread pieces. When he had eaten all he wanted, he poured the bread back into the bread basket. It was disgusting. Of course we still had to deal with cats the second day as well.
