“Loved the hotel placement, loved the food , loved the spa area ! Definitely a great experience! I would only remove the plastic glasses used in the Romeo&Juliette restaurant. Also, the mattress a bit to hard for my « taste »…”

“buone le stanze,ampie con balcone.Colazione non di livello,con poca scelta.Ristorante ok,ma nulla di eccezionale,anzi.Internet gratutito. SPA/Piscina e palestra a pagamento (chiedono 13 Euro,una follia).Dovrebbero essere inclusi,almeno Gym e Pool,almeno cosi'e'per un qualsiasi 4 stelle o presunto tale.Non lo raccomando.”

“Beautiful hotel, lovely location, however, showers had very low water pressure, could not properly wash hair.”

“We had booked 2 flats and paid a warranty of 200 RON for the flats that was not mentioned when we booked the hotel. During check-in they told me the 200 RON will be refunded upon check-out. Today at 6 AM the reception was closed so I contacted them via Whatsapp for them to return my money. Well... instead of returning the money they blocked not once but 3 times the amount of money...now I have 600 RON blocked that I cannot use... they reacted quick and spoke with their bank and now I have to...
