“I was put in a handicapped room , it was fine but not mentioned when I asked if I can check in early.
Had I known I would have waited for a regular room on a higher level where the noise in the hallway wouldn’t have been so loud.

“Our room was not nice compared to all the other ones. We paid $20 for early check in and they literally gave us the only room that was not updated. It smelled and it was very old and not clean. The other rooms looked nicer so do not stay in room 114. I wish they would have told us before hand the room was not the same as the others because we wouldn’t have done early check in”

“I stepped out of the shower and walked across the room. I went to dry my feet and they were filthy. So I took my towel and mopped the floor and it was black when I was done. Tub faucet was broken and tub was filthy. Bed was like a cheap fold out couch. Made reservations through Expedia and had a refund due. This motel was delaying and making excuses while it wasn’t their responsibility. Finally had to get Expedia to have a chat with them. Went for a coffee in the morning and they were out....
