“High-end hotel with tremendous service from the staff. At only ~$500 for an upgraded executive room for 3 nights, the value is extremely good. I highly recommend them for anyone traveling to Kigali. ”

“The property is very spacious. My kids and I loved how we all had our own bedroom and bathroom! The balcony was nice to sit on in the evening. We also loved how we could cook meals in the kitchen. One complaint is that the tv is useless. It’s entirely in Chinese and you can’t alter the language, location, or access any local live tv or useful apps. The only thing that worked was YouTube. They need to fix this! The washer was also in Chinese and difficult to navigate the settings. ”

“The hotel and its staff were very inviting. The breakfast was delicious each morning. The location was just the right distance from downtown. My only disappointments were the constantly wet floor after each shower and that our room had no view of the city. ”

“I booked 2 apartments for one night before flying on from Rwanda. When we turned up they had no ecord of our booking or of our payment. When i showed the receipt they allowed us to stay. There is no restaurant or bar onsite, but we did get food from their partner restaurant 3 blocks away and it was delicious homemade pasta. We had it in our apartments. “The Court Boutique Hotel is a sweet place to stay in and to tour Kigali. Nice views from the restaurant, good food, and remarkably good birding for an urban area. Nice walking neighborhood. Book rooms upstairs for quieter experience.”

“In a nutshell, this apartment hotel listing needs to be revamped. A number of amenities listed are false/misleading, such as there is no private spa tub, no bar/restaurant, etc. Also, the bathroom lights kept turning off and there was water leakage in the bathroom and kitchen (among other issues). While overall the property is clean and staff promptly attend to needs, I was told certain incorrect things and unnecessarily paid extra and the property avoided refunding me where justified. ...
