“Me entregaron habitación justo al momento de mi llegada, una habitación muy cómoda y más que viaje a con dos bebés, solicité una cuna en recepción y facilitó mucho mi estancia, además de que mi bebé durmió muy cómoda. La comida es muy rica y variada, aunque algunas de las bebidas no fueron del todo de nuestro agrado. Sin duda volveremos y recomendamos ampliamente el hotel ”

“Wifii gratuito nella sala principale, ma non prende mai. In alternativa vi è quello a pagamento. Nel 2016 è vergognoso far ancora pagare il wifii. Inoltre una volta effettuato il check out, ti sbattono fuori "a calci". Venendo dall'Italia dovevo sottostare all'orario del volo, il quale era di sera (il check out è alle 12:00). “Our overall experience was not great. Our first room was dirty , safe didn’t work no windows or AC. We upgraded at a cost to a better room which worked out much better. Check in was poor , no information was given to us by front end staff regarding special events, no map of the resort. Most of the staff seemed to be indifferent to requests from guests.
