Service in HAO restaurant was good but beach service was very slow and extremely expensive. The beach and location was very nice and most staff except for beach service was very good . For what they would like to be a five star resort and the nightly prices they could up their service game.”

“Villas del Vigía had the most amazing view I have come across! Unfortunately, all three beds that were included in the villa were extremely hard, almost rock hard. I mentioned to the person in charge that my mom, who was staying with me, could no longer put up with her back pain and if there was anything they could do (like switch the mattress for example) The reply was “we will see what we can do” and never hear back on that topic again, and a week later we checked out. “Wifii gratuito nella sala principale, ma non prende mai. In alternativa vi è quello a pagamento. Nel 2016 è vergognoso far ancora pagare il wifii. Inoltre una volta effettuato il check out, ti sbattono fuori "a calci". Venendo dall'Italia dovevo sottostare all'orario del volo, il quale era di sera (il check out è alle 12:00). Non mi hanno permesso né di pranzare al buffet ne di fare altro. Chi ha alloggiato nei vari resort in Centro-Sude America sa che tutti gli hotel (perlomeno quelli in cui...
