“The front desk was greatly understaffed when a bus load of seniors arrived to check in. There was only one young man working and he was overwhelmed so the process was painfully slow for those of us waiting to check in after that group. When a manager (?) finally showed up, she started quizzing the young worker instead of jumping in to help. “At the price point we payed we fully expected dated and no amenities but not disgusting! The tub was so disgusting we put the bath mat INSIDE of it to stand on. The surfaces had traces of food and drink rings from the guest before us. Toothpaste splatters on the bathroom mirror from the guest before us. There was no toilet paper. The floors had visible bugs and hair and the bedding had rings. Directly upon arrival we went to the front office and told them the condition of the room and asked...

“Great place to stay. Stayed for 3 days. Great breakfast for the most part, they restocked as soon as they were out of items. Pool was warm and my son enjoyed it. Housekeeping did a great job stocking the towels and taking the trash. Beds were pretty comfortable as well. The only small complaint was the ac in our room was set to 68 and it felt humid in there for the most part. But all around a good experience.”
