“I stayed at the Nera Hotel for two nights with my Partner. Having booked online and paid there was a confusion on check in concerning whether i had paid. The room was shabby with one of the shower doors missing, A towel rail was leaning against the wall, not attached. The ac was not working properly and we asked for it to be fixed to no avail.
