“They put me in a wheelchair accessible room which was a big corner room with great light but the shower was filthy. Hair and stuff on the floor. I had to shower using a towel on the ground of the shower. The bathroom was not clean. The rooms should be inspected before released. I’m a diamond Hilton member and it was not adequate. ”
