“Stay was nice. Room was decent no complaints. I had to figure out how to turn tv on. But overall stay was fine”

“Room, shower, mattress, bedding was great! Pillows were comfy! The only thing that was a concern was the toilet bowl not filling up with water and ability to properly flush. We filled the toilet bowl With water and it seemed to help. I think there was something sticking in the bowl that kept It from filling up properly. Location and staff were wonderful!”

“Las habitaciones tienen un olor terrible! El AC está apagado cuando recibes la habitación y esto hace que el olor aumente , las mismas están sucias no la limpian adecuadamente! Fui Housekeeping muchos años por eso puedo asegurarte que la limpieza es terrible”

“We tried checking in after 3 PM but had to wait for a room to be cleaned. The room was clean enough but the rest of the building had dirty floors. The pool and hot tub were extremely dirty there was a film on the water and there was hair and other debris floating around. ”

“Initial customer service was lacking. We checked in during shift change (3pm) was told to "wait" and then proceeded to hear a personal conversation between the two employees. I felt like I was intruding. In room amenities were poor (coffee). Only one bedside lamp, curtains did not close properly (broken). ”

“The hotel was being remodeled, but our room was very nice and quiet, faraway from where they were working. It looked like it was going to be very nice when they get it completed, which looks to be fairly soon. ”
