The website showed lovely pics of the property. There was no mention of any renovations ongoing. The entire lobby and downstairs area was in shambles. There was no breakfast. It was a very disappointing stay. We had paid prior to arrival and were exhausted or we would have left the property.

Hey, we decided to go there. You should call to make sure they're not still under construction. It was loud construction work until 11pm a nd again early in the morning. I mentioned this when I checked out and they tried to blame it on another tenant .The rooms were bare minimum, not even a paper cup you can drink out of. Don't expect a coffee maker in the room either. Breakfast consisted of only waffles and coffee. The workers have eaten food were on the table where you got your food. There's no place to sit down and eat. The office consisted of one metal table and a chair where thr person sat to check you in. They state there's no getting a refund

Do not stay here. The best thing was leaving. They lied to us. The pictures on the website fooled us. The place was being renovated and dirty. The bath and the toilet was horrible. The towels were soiled. No light bulb in the lamps. The whole place was cringe. Nasty. They offered breakfast of coffee and a protein bar on a table set up in the dust in the place being renovated. Just gross and nasty

Rooms were nice it looks like they are remodeling the hotel the first room we got the a/c was not working so they gave us another room next door a/c worked but there was no refrigerator in the room no big deal I had a small ice chest that served our purpose the staff was friendly and helpful

I’m not one to complain, but the first room they gave us had cockroaches and the second room was not clean and finally they gave us a third room that was decent but still much under construction.

The property was under renovation on the first floor. The service desk in the lobby area was a table with a computer (It did work). The third floor was dirty, the carpet coming off the floor and trim, there were old patches along the walls. The room was a bare floor with second hand old worn furnishings, tub drain was corroded. The room phone and the TV did not work. Not worth reporting at the time as the general disrepair of the facility. We showered and left. There was a worn "Motel 6" at the entry of the parking lot. The web site pictures were not of the facility. I was surprised to see the "Wyndham" name even associated with such a place. I do intend to write Wyndham as they should know what is representing their industry.

None of the amenities were available. They had roaches. They did bring fresh towels and the sheets were clean. The furniture in the room was worn down. There was a dingy smell. We were there for a baseball tournament and only slept there. Won’t be booking again. The receptionist was friendly

The hotel was very disappointing. Many of the facilities shown on Expedia were not available at the property. The staff said they were currently under maintenance. The bedroom did not have a sofa. When I asked for a room with a sofa, I was told that the sofas were very dirty. I also requested an extra pillow, but they gave me a pillow without a pillowcase and provided a sheet to wrap around it. The room was dark because the lamp did not have a light bulb. I asked for a bulb, but the staff could not provide one. The laundry room was also extremely dirty. Overall, the hotel was not clean, and the property did not match what was advertised on Expedia. I would not recommend staying here.

This property is in the process of owner transition to La Quinta. It was lacking in furnishings as shown on the website, no amenities at all except shampoo, the room was clean enough but not up to our standards. The only reason we chose to stay here was because our original hotel had a maintenance disaster the day before we were to arrive and we were forced to find what was available in Mineral Wells. I hope the new owner upgrades this property since I won't stay there again.
