“Be weary. We thought we’d be getting quiet and quaint. Upon pulling into the front desk for checking, homeless started to approach our vehicle. Then there were 3 officers in the gas station across the street for some incident. There was a sign that said to see the night window. Which was a bank teller like window down a little alleyway. “We had a wonderful stay! The house was great, the view was fantastic, and the owners were so kind and helpful as we ended up needing an extra night. ”

“We had a non-smoking room, but it smelled strongly of cigarettes. I’m not sure where the smell was coming from — maybe someone had smoked in the room before us and the smell hadn’t gone away, or maybe it was coming from the neighbors. But as a non-smoker, it was really unpleasant for me, and I’m very sensitive to that smell.”

“Room and hotel were fairly new. Very nice comfortable mattresses and bedding. Breakfast was hot and delicious. Staff was very nice. Lots of parking in a nice area of Locust Grove. Close to restaurants and shopping. Would definitely return.”
