“Went to facility because of the storm. The room was clean when we got there. Went to office to complain and I was told they were short staffed and a housekeeper will come clean our room. House keeper came but she only sprayed the floor and tub with a cleaner but never actually clean the tub floor or toilet and also the sink wasn't clean. “Everything was good the only problems I had was the bed bed spring was poking up. And I don't know if she was the manager or a staff she had a dog and the dog run up on me barking and I'm scared of dogs and she didn't stop the dog. That's was my biggest problem I had. I always stay at this hotel never had a complaint about my stay. I love staying there because it's the cleanes hotel in Monroeville Alabama.”

“We appreciated the hotel owner so much. Our transmission went out in our truck and we were stranded with no way to get anywhere. There were no options such as Uber or taxi or even public transportation. The closest Enterprise car rental that actually had the car we needed was 30 minutes away, but we had no way to get there. He made sure that we got there to get a car rented so that we would not be stranded. 100% appreciated all of the staff at this hotel!”
