Hotel vicino a Jackson County Tower Building - Jackson

“Mi sono fermato solo per una notte. Motel gradevole, adiacente alla freeway sito all'inizio della cittadina di Jackson. Generalmente Motel come questi non hanno un ottima pulizia, invece la camera era pulita e la biancheria fresca e perfetta. Ottimo prezzo e ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo.”

“The hotel was poorly staffed. The breakfast was not fully stocked and all hot options were cold. The person working in the kitchen complained to us that staff was not showing up to work, and she didnt have enough help. Our room was ok, but it was not that clean. Bathroom floor was not cleaned and there was dirt on on the moldings. The bed was ok. We will look for another hotel near Lansing next time.”

“The property itself is great. The staff was wonderful. The only problem was expedia has their room listings screwed up. I thought I had reserved a room with a separate bedroom since 1) pictures on expedia showed it that way, and 2) description on expedia said it had a separate bedroom. However, when I got there, the room that was actually booked was a Deluxe King, meaning just a larger room with a living area, but no separated living area with a door. “My room was clean and furnished nicely. The lobby and dining area were well kept. The hallways and stairways looked dirty and smelled badly. I could smell marijuana in the stairways and throughout the hallway. Need a covered smoking section near one entrance to keep people away from the entrances smoking. I gave it a try based on price but I won’t be returning there again.”

“Bar was well stocked and drinks were cold if not on ice. Staff was attentive and pleasant I was assured my needs would be met with just a phone call from my room. Air conditioning was confusing as the ground fault breaker on the power cord had been tripped but once that was corrected the comfort level in the room was as I expected.
