“We had a great stay here at the Comfort Inn & Suites in Jackson, Michigan. The staff was very friendly, our room was exceptionally clean and Breakfast each morning was delicious with many options to choose from. We highly recommend staying here.”

“The hotel was poorly staffed. The breakfast was not fully stocked and all hot options were cold. The person working in the kitchen complained to us that staff was not showing up to work, and she didnt have enough help. Our room was ok, but it was not that clean. Bathroom floor was not cleaned and there was dirt on on the moldings. The bed was ok. We will look for another hotel near Lansing next time.”

“Best thing about the hotel was that the front desk staff member was nice. The hotel is in poor shape and the reviews and ratings are misleading imo. The room smelled mildewy, the bathroom had mold and a strong smell, the bedding was stained (altho appeared washed) and the sound traveled so that every time a person went in or out of their rooms the doors slammed and woke us up. Our room door was hard to open and the windows ce machine was broken and no vending machines worked.”

“Mi sono fermato solo per una notte. Motel gradevole, adiacente alla freeway sito all'inizio della cittadina di Jackson. Generalmente Motel come questi non hanno un ottima pulizia, invece la camera era pulita e la biancheria fresca e perfetta. Ottimo prezzo e ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo.”
