“DO NOT STAY HERE!!!! VERY NASTY PLACE. Feels more like a homeless shelter. Empty pool, pee in corridors, filthy, nasty furniture; had young female to share a room with a big, grown man. Potentially very dangerous situation. The place was an absolute dump, could not stay here, not even one night--booked for 5 nights and didn't get a refund, not even for one night.”

“Great place to stay. The bad news is that the location and outside appearance is disarming and makes you fear that you will be very disappointed. However, when the open the door you will be delighted at the cleanliness and good condition everything is in. It is far more spacious that I expected. and an unbelievable bargain. The only place to stay while in north Miami. ”

“It was in a central location from the venue. The staff was nice, our room was clean, the pool was clean. The only reason I didn’t give it a 5 -star is because housekeeping doesn’t automatically clean, you have to request it.”

“Parking was easy. Room was clean. Door had a big gap around 3 sides of it. Pictures of rooms/lobby/hotel definitely doesn't match real life viewing. I'm not going back there”

“I found this property had what I needed and is in convenient location. I had the smallest room with only a twin bed. There are five rooms in the building and they don't share a lot of common walls, so it was quiet. Has a small refrigerator that could get quickly filled up if all five rooms were occupied, but was fine for my stay. Bathroom is clean with a good shower. It's the only one for the five rooms but I only had to wait my last morning. Convenient off street parking. The wifi worked well....

“My door was the kind that took a code to unlock. It was not charged. I had to wait 20 minutes to get a charger brought to the door. The door would not hold the charge. They took the charger back and then the door would not lock. I had to leave all my stuff unsecured. When I called to let them know the guy who answered my call said he would get back to me but never did. ”
