Ottima posizione familiare in una baia tranquilla con vista sull'acqua. Crea splendidi ricordi di famiglia in questo originale cottage sul lago chiamato "Dockside on Bay Pine Island". Godere di 3 camere da letto e 2 bagni con una camera da letto sul lago. Cucina nuova di zecca con nuovi armadi, ripiani in quarzo, elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile e paraspruzzi con piastrelle di acqua blu. Grande cucina completamente attrezzata aperta alla camera familiare con soffitto a volta con travi a vista e grande tavolo da fattoria. Ampio portico coperto con vista aperta e terrazza aperta per grigliate. Goditi la capanna all'aperto coperta con altalena, tavolo / sedie e grill a gas. Lakeside Marina a pochi passi, vicino a Wind Creek State Park e River North Marina. Facile accesso da Hwy 280. Grande camino per quei freddi mesi invernali. Stadio Jordan Hare a circa 30 minuti di distanza per quelle partite di calcio Auburn. Simpatico pontile familiare per bambini che saltano in acqua o legano la barca. Usa il pedalò fornito agli ospiti per un piccolo esercizio. Trasforma i tuoi ricordi di famiglia a un prezzo eccezionale.
Abbiamo apportato importanti miglioramenti a questa casa e ora siamo pronti per l'estate 2019. Le aggiunte includono bagni ristrutturati, camera da letto sul lago, terrazza avvolgente del portico anteriore, enorme portico aperto sul lato dell'acqua, rinnovamento completo della cucina con nuovi armadi, tavolo da fattoria e ripiani in quarzo, vernice esterna, finestre e architettura del paesaggio. Questo è un noleggio perfetto per l'estate o per le partite di calcio autunnali !!!!!

Memories Made!

We loved this home and enjoyed our stay so much that we hope to return on our next family Lake trip! The property was perfect for my elderly mother to navigate especially with the slight slope & the steps going into the lake ( and slip free) There were many amenities as well! Outdoors shower, kayaks, paddle boat, grill, porch swing, outdoor tv and more! We have family near by and the pier accommodated them stopping by to visit by boat! That was an added bonus for us!

Beautiful place and area

The location is great. Even though there are quite a few homes in the this area, it is very quiet. Nice place and the kids loved it. Would definitely stay here again. The host was great to work with. Thanks!

Thanksgiving/Iron Bowl

What a great property for a group of 4-6. Updated kitchen and bathrooms. All the comforts of home. We had a wonderful time. Would definitely book again!

Wonderful quiet cove

What a wonderful and quiet location. Great views from the deck. The kids loved the paddleboat and paddled around the cove. We rented a boat the second day and it was easy to find from the water and not too hard to dock. The beds were comfortable. The only slight downside was water pressure in the bathrooms, but not much you can do about that. All in all a perfect house for our little get away. We'll be back for sure!

Great place to stay

This is our favorite place to stay on Lake Martin. Its on a quite cove just a few minutes boat ride from a marina, peanut point, and several nice beaches. The house is nice and clean with all the amenities you could want. We'll definitely be back again.

Great Peaceful Property

Our family chose Lake Martin as this year’s end of Summer vacation. The property is perfectly situated on a quiet cove with a lovely view. We rented a pontoon from the marina that’s a short drive away. We loved the lily pad and kayaks provided, swimming off the dock and hanging out on the fabulous porch with the outdoor tv. The property was perfect for our family of 4. It is clean and stocked with everything we needed. We will definitely be back!

Wonderful Weekend With Family!!

This cabin was PERFECT for our family getaway! Our family (kids and grandkids included) range from 61 years to 7 months. Every person had a blast. We loved how close it was to the water, the “toys” we had (Lilly Pad and paddle boat) to play with, and how well the cabin was furnished. No complaints!!! Hope to stay there again. Super-gracious hosts!!!

Wish we could have stayed longer!

What a terrific mini-vacay! The home is in a quiet cove, and had everything we wanted or needed and more. The house was clean, the beds and other furniture were comfortable and the the location is gorgeous - what more could one ask? The owners were incredibly quick to respond to any question or concern and made us feel very welcome. They went “above and beyond” to make sure we were comfortable and we appreciated it. The kitchen was well-outfitted and we prepared our own meals but there is a restaurant or two at different areas of the lake or a little town within a twenty-minute drive. There’s plenty to keep you entertained at the lake but for us, it offered the perfect opportunity to just chill. We would have stayed longer if we could have but we are already planning a repeat visit!

Perfect and clean.

We wanted location, simple and clean. This was it. Very close to the marina by land or boat. Great communication with the owner. Dock was nice and the fish were biting around it. Very comfortable beds. Thanks for a great week!

Great location with amenities

In town for a high school fishing tournament but spent most of our time enjoying this property! We loved being tucked away in a quiet cove for fishing, our kids loved having the paddle boat and kayaks to play in. Only 10-15 min from town, but we enjoyed grilling out on the deck and staying near the water. Only complaint wasn’t associated with the home itself or the owners so I’ll keep it to myself 🙂 would definitely return!

Beautiful Lake Martin

Four old Aggie fans stayed at this lake cabin for the Auburn football weekend. The place was clean and well furnished. We all had a comfortable bed and had a wonderful time. Just wish the Aggies had played better. About a thirty minute drive to Auburn, we were happy with the location and would rent again. Thanks for a nice accommodation.

We totally enjoyed this great lake house! We loved the community, took walks, paddle boarded, relaxing naps on the deck. Perfect long weekend. Great listing! We will be back soon!
