Minimum Booking Age

Only guests listed on the reservation are permitted on the property. Undisclosed guests may result in fines.

No Smoking Indoors
Smoking inside the home is strictly prohibited. Violations incur a $1,500 fee plus ozone treatment costs and any associated lost revenue.

Quiet Hours
Quiet hours are observed from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Noise complaints or violations may result in a fine equal to one night`s stay. Violations may result in a $500 fine.

Check-Out Time
Standard check-out is 10:00 AM. A late check out fee of $100 will be charged after 10am if no permission given for late check out.

No Pets Allowed
Pets are not permitted on the property at all times. A fee of $250 per pet will be charged if pets are allowed on the premises.

Beach & Lake Towels
All beach and lake towels must be washed and dried prior to check-out. A cleaning fee will apply if towels are left wet or unwashed.

Security Deposit or Damage Waiver
After booking, guests must choose between a non-refundable damage waiver or a refundable security deposit placed as a temporary hold on your credit card. The selected option will be confirmed after booking and applied prior to check-in. Airbnb reservations are exempt.
