“they told me and my husband that we were smoking in the room , however we always...always smoked outside in the evening as we were not in in during the day; they throw us out...after three days, and no refunds..they did not let us speak...they said they were going to call the policeeee!!!! The guy who spoke with me called me a drugatic and a bit u woman!!! I was speechless and I was not able to speak, they did not let us speak, they were saying to call the police. So at 9 pm we left the hotel...

“Der Preis von 6000 Dollar für drei Wochen ist aus meiner Sicht absolut nicht gerechtfertigt. Die Ausstattung der Küche war unzureichend – es gab lediglich einen Kochtopf, keine Pfanne und auch nicht genügend Besteck für vier Personen. Zudem fehlte ein Geschirrhandtuch komplett. Das angekündigte Housekeeping alle vier Tage hat leider nicht zuverlässig stattgefunden. Wir mussten wiederholt an der Rezeption nachfragen, damit überhaupt gereinigt wurde. Auch die Zimmer hätten deutlich sauberer sein...

“I was taken aback when the continental breakfast was a $10 charge. I wasn't expecting that. The free coffee had no flavors or flavored cream--A real standard nowadays. The breakfast time which I usually enjoy was empty of people (probably because of the charge) and loud. The tv was playing music very loudly. I enjoy a little music or the news in the morning while I read and drink my coffee. The rooms were great and the facility was beautiful. ”

“We were highly disappointed. Although we booked through Expedia, we are long time Marriott BonVoy members & this was NOT Marriott quality at all. 1st we got the wrong room. “Staff very helpful and friendly. We had a large room, but the mattresses were lumpy, and made a sleeping hit and miss. Room was cool, and freezer worked well in the room fridge. Loved the pool indoors!”
