“they told me and my husband that we were smoking in the room , however we always...always smoked outside in the evening as we were not in in during the day; they throw us out...after three days, and no refunds..they did not let us speak...they said they were going to call the policeeee!!!! The guy who spoke with me called me a drugatic and a bit u woman!!! I was speechless and I was not able to speak, they did not let us speak, they were saying to call the police. So at 9 pm we left the hotel...

“The staff is amazing. The rooms were so nice. The place was very clean. I accidentally only booked one night abd they were super helpful with booking another night. There is a 50 dollar deposit but you get it back at the end of the stay. They even transferred the deposit to the second night so i didn't have to charge my card again and wait on both deposits to go back on my card. They said it should be back on my card within 7 to 10 days. They were so great in helping me do that. There was...

“The stove was not working. I had food ready to cook on the stove. I waited an hour, no one showed up. I kept calling the front desk and was told 15 min, then 10 min, then 15 min again. I had to go somewhere else to finish cooking. i was told that there was no maintenance staff on duty and they had to send someone from another property and then I found out the delay was because that person was on lunch. I asked for a discount and didn't receive it”
