“Overall, the property was pretty nice. Breakfast was good, much as you would expect at any Hampton Inn. Most of the staff were very kind, courteous, and helpful. One was a bit aloof. My biggest disappointment was that the pool was broken, so I didn't get to use it for my entire trip. They claimed it had just broken recently, but the pool was quite green and looked like it had been down for weeks.”

“The hotel is very convenient to the cruise port and easy to locate. Our room was very nice and large, but when we arrived, there was some dirt and sticky residue on the floor and a little dirt on the couch. I called the desk and someone came and cleaned that immediately. Breakfast was great! Parking was free and just right outside in their parking lot.”

“There was no bath mat or safety strips inside the bathtub which made it very slippery. Also no exhaust fan.”

“Tried to check in early, the hotel wanted $60 so we waited and checked in later. I forgot my wallet so the desk clerk would not let me check in. My wife with the same last name and credit card was with me. They would not let her check in. We could check in only if I had MY driver's license. We went down the street and stayed at a Marriott. Please reverse the $122.53 you charged on my credit card.”

“The staff was great! I booked a double queen and the room was clean and very spacious. The water takes forever to warm up but overall it was a great stay! Breakfast was great 😊! I loved the strawberry waffles and whip cream . Only thing I would recommend the hotel staff do is to put a rug down coming from the pool in front of the elevators cause that could really cause a slip and fall! The hotel is in a good location close to the beach 🏖️.. Thanks ! See you guys soon! 🙋‍♀️”

“Breakfast was good. The staff was helpful. The elevator didnt work the whole 3 days we were there and the pool needed ro be cleaned. Not a bad stay but they could do a better job on the maintenance. ”

“Friendly staff, great hospitality! Clean room, surrounding area has plenty of shopping, and food. Uber service very efficient. Breakfast almost non existent. I stayed 3 nights I got bacon last day. They didn’t have anything else. But we did go to Kekes cafe down the way for breakfast. ”
