“This is a beautiful and clean hotel. We wished we could have stayed longer. Great staff and the rooms were very clean and the bed was comfortable. They even had a laundry room that we could use. I will be looking for TownePlace Suites from now on.”

“Everyone at the property was very friendly and helpful, except the lady that runs the kitchen for breakfast. She was not friendly at all. The front desk staff were awesome. The only other suggestion I would have is that it would be nice if there were some bars to hold onto in the shower and also if there was a shelf of some kind in the shower to set things on. Thank you.”

“This cannot be a 4 stars hotel; it doesn’t even qualify for a 2 stars. It’s loud. No insulation. You can everything above you and in the hallways. The bathrooms are not very clean. Human hair can be see. In the shower and throughout the bathroom. The towels are so old and almost gray in color. The carpet has stains so did the walls. If you are someone who value your money, time and quality, stay away from this hotel. ”

“The rooms need upgrading. The walls are dirty. The hot water doesn't get hot. The shower leaks. The carpet in the rooms are dirty. I just expected more. I am very big on CLEAN. This location just didn't meet the standards. The Baymeadows location I love.”
