“The Manager I believer her name was Talissa was amazing! I thought I lost my ring after check out and she personally went up to look for it. Absolutely amazing stay. ”

“Staff was rude, demanded my passport for id, stating drivers license wasn’t enough. Worst check-in experience ever. The lady should not be working with tourists…. She has her own agenda. Also the tv and ac in the room don’t work. The hotel is run down and not cheerful atmosphere at all.”

“This is a good spot if you're staying for 1 night, the bathtub drain was clogged and I could get is drain smell all night. It looks nice on the surface but I'm sure the cleaners only clean on the top. Definitely needs deep cleaning. The beds were ok. This was specifically the room I stayed in not sure about the others.”

“they told me and my husband that we were smoking in the room , however we always...always smoked outside in the evening as we were not in in during the day; they throw us out...after three days, and no refunds..they did not let us speak...they said they were going to call the policeeee!!!! The guy who spoke with me called me a drugatic and a bit u woman!!! I was speechless and I was not able to speak, they did not let us speak, they were saying to call the police. So at 9 pm we left the hotel...

“Room was clean. I booked a river side room and was put in a cityside, when I reminded them they changed it. View was breathe taking. 😀 Had to pay for parking which I had never had to do before 😞 should be included with your stay? Then I was under the understanding that buffet breakfast was included and was brought a bill for $42, for some scrambled eggs, bacon and yogurt for me and a yogurt, bacon a piece of sausage for my grandaughter? $42 ???? Location and view is not worth that, sorry.”
