“The hotel is under construction. The suite doors were not secure. Light from outside was visible around the entire door to the hallway and to the connecting room. The plastic around the door of the connecting room was visible and they started construction in the adjoining room at 7am.”

“The room carpet had so many stains and they gave me the worst room. The entire hotel smells like rotting sewage. They dont maintain the property at all. The shower drain water would not go down and the floor tiles were slanted. Room smelled like cigarettes and so did the towels. Mold on the tiles of the bathroom... got a refund and got told to wait until 2 am to see if there would be a new room. No thanks, I went to the Marriot.”

“Great location and parking. Although there was a slight issue at check in, the staff was very friendly and solved the issue quickly. The condo was very clean and in close proximity to the pool. Great area for walking and close to restaurants and shopping. My only con would be to upgrade tvs in the bedroom.”

“The room had a strong musty smell from the moment I walked in, which made the stay quite uncomfortable. Additionally, the condition of the furniture and facilities was poor: there was a broken chair and the walls were visibly damaged. Overall, the lack of maintenance was evident and negatively affected the experience. On the positive side, the front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. “If you're expecting anything but a dingy poor maintained hotel then look elsewhere. The walls had patches of missing paint. The carpet in the room was dirty and dusty and stained. The room had a weird dingy smell. Every corner had some sort of dirt. The sheets felt damp and again, strange smell. The receptionist was unwelcoming and the staff had a weird pushy attitude.
