“The property is set on a quiet street. I loved that they had coffee, tea, water etc available at all times. It was amazing sitting on the front porch enjoying a cup of coffee in the morning. The room was clean and comfortable, and check in was easy even though we had to after hours. Breakfast was the perfect portion size and delicious. Would definitely recommend!”

“Room was fair. Very small. Shower in bedroom and bathroom has no door only shower curtains. Extremely noisy as it us connected to a bar and the band was right outside the window very very loud. They leave earplugs in room no wonder. Band played till 10pm then music from spealers played till 10:30. Some places mention they have breakfast even on thier site someone mentioned great breakfast and they kept this visible instead of correcting. There is no breakfast. Parking is not on the site. “The room was clean on arrival but not tended to during our stay unless we asked for clean sheets, towels and rubbish (one extremely small bin in toilet) to be removed. Breakfasts were stunning if managed by the young ladies as it was more of a buffet and ingredients were separate, such as yoghurt and fruit; when cooked for by the owner of the B&B, my fruit was covered in yoghurt; it was given to my wife as I do not like the ingedient. “Our experience at the Victorian House was perfect! We enjoyed Cindy who treated us like family & was helpful & very attentive to us. Our room had a jacuzzi tub & a porch - both we loved! The breakfasts were without complaint - great variety & wonderful coffee!! The welcome party at 4 was sweet too!!!”

“Amazing, piping hot breakfast beautifully served each morning with delicious coffee in formal dining room. Location of property was perfect for exploring Saint Augustine Room was spacious. Staff kind and helpful if you want new this isn’t for you. This is a historic inn. Loved the balcony outside our door with lovely sunrise view and a great place to read and relax. I would definitely choose this place again and recommend to others”
