Cottage a Jacksonville

“We were so pleased with our stay at the Cobia Cottage. It was exceptionally clean and had all the amenities needed to make our stay comfortable and relaxing . We loved being close to the beaches, as well as all the restaurants and shops in the area. While the neighborhood is an older neighborhood, we appreciated how your house was newly renovated and the outside well manicured . The neighborhood is quiet and quaint . It was the perfect stay for us as we were seeing our daughter off to college ....

“Within hours of check in the AC broke. It was high 80s outside and we had our two dogs with us which is so unsafe to not have AC. After one night we left because it was so hot inside. Not to mention the building literally has cement floors, smells horrible and had bugs in the shower and sink. ”
