“Our group of four absolutely loved staying in this cottage. We all agreed we would be happy to live there . While the cottage initially looked like it could use some maintenance on the outside - it didn’t. It’s a true old Florida cottage.Inside it’s so well decorated and comfortable. The beds were comfy, bathrooms good and well stocked with clean towels. There were plenty of beach towels, too.And a short walk past one condo, then across a street to a beach park directly by the ocean. We got up...

“This was a good place for us. we needed a sleep and shower here place. It like a mother in law sweet. Cute neighborhood. We were there for a weekend fishing trip so it was just that. They are still working on this place as a newer Vrbo I think they are on the right track. It was clean. It’s not flawless, but that’s the working on thing. “Tyler was an awesome host. Was there for every question that I had about the activities around the vacation rental. House was pristine everything as described. Had a wonderful time will be renting again from him in the near future.”

“Place was clean and a close distance to everything, about 10 minute drive. Place includes the side house near the marsh and apartment above the garage. They had a baby gate that can be put up to block the stairs if you have an infant ”

“The house was perfect for our group. We thoroughly enjoyed the screened in pool deck and spa. It was spacious and the pool was immaculate and surprisingly cool. We smoked meat in the large smoker out back and enjoyed watching the game on the back porch TV. The house was well stocked with common appliances, cookware, plenty of towels for the pool, and two large refrigerators for groceries. The host was very personable and gave us a tour when we arrived. It was overall a great place to stay.”

“This is a lovely cottage with an impressive roomy bathroom and clean kitchen with new appliances. The private back patio is a great spot to relax and the parking spot has direct access to the street. Overall I enjoyed our stay here particularly how quiet it was. The host replies quickly and is very friendly and helpful. ”

“The whole concept of a detached bungalow is great; very quiet, private and relaxing. My only complaint was that the unit was rather dirty… windows and screens were filthy. Mirror was terrible as well. Carpet needs cleaned or replaced. Refrigerator has stains on the front of it that were pretty gross looking for in the eating area. Convenient to all of the activities we had chosen. ”
