Sleeping arrangements
Designed to host up to six guests, the home features three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The primary bedroom includes a king bed, an ensuite bathroom, and a dedicated workspace that provides a convenient place to settle in. A second bedroom offers a full bed with a trundle, while the third includes bunk beds with two full beds. Each room offers essentials such as bed linens and towels, creating a comfortable retreat after time spent along the community trails or at the pool.

Kitchen & dining
A full kitchen allows you to prepare meals at your own pace, equipped with major appliances including a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, and dishwasher. The dining table seats eight and is surrounded by large windows that bring natural light into this central gathering space. It is an easy place to share unhurried meals before heading out for the day or settling in for a quiet evening.

Living spaces
The open living area includes soft seating and an HDTV, giving you space to relax, read, or gather after time outdoors. Air conditioning, heating, and a ceiling fan help maintain year-round comfort, and a private entrance ensures simple arrivals and departures. A washer, dryer, and iron offer added convenience for longer stays.
