Beautiful beach community close too several restaurants and shopping. Send your days on the beach and party at nights at one of the many clubs or bars in the area. This house has 6 smart TV’s and game room with free parking. Spend time with your family and friends in the common areas such as the kitchen, dinning, family, and game room. Or retire to one of the six bedrooms. Four of these rooms have a single king or queens bed in it for a more homely feel and added privacy. If you want to feel less like your at a sleep away camp and more like your away at your beach house then this is the place for you.

great vacation

We really enjoyed our time at this property. We had a couple of small hiccups but the property manager was always quick to respond and everything was taken care of immediately. This could be a 5 star property with a pool and a couple more bathrooms. One thing that we fell needs addressed the the step coming up into the main house from the entrance. It is very had to see going out towards the door and needs a strip light under the edge to make it more visible. Several of our party almost fell on numerous occasions. While the house is technically 3 blocks from the ocean they are long blocks and there is no sidewalk. Overall we were very pleased with the house and the property owner and manager did everything needed to make it a great vacation.

Great place to stay with a large group.

My family and I stayed at this property for a few days before boarding a cruise in Jacksonville. It was not 3 blocks from the beach, but it was in a great location. The house was so spacious, and so nice and was perfect for us. Instead of walking, we simply drove to the beach and there was plenty of parking around. There were 2 coolers and plenty of beach chairs and towels for all of us.

Plenty of room

I was skeptical to book since there aren’t many reviews but the location and the size of the home worked out great. Our large group had plenty of room/beds for everyone. Close to beach, and everyone had a bed to sleep in. The kids loved the game room.

Comfortable, clean and well located

Great access to the beach—can walk, but plenty of parking at nearby access points. Short drive (5 minutes) to nightlife of Jacksonville beach and Neptune Beach. Clean and plenty of room for a group of guys. We didn’t have any issues, but owner made himself available and was easy to work with.
