Loved the location. In walking distance to great restaurants, local coffee shops, shopping, and activities. Clean, A/C worked great, there was a blow dryer, iron and ironing board which was nice to have. The internet also worked well. I wouldn’t hesitate to rent here again.

Great location at a great price. 2 minutes to the beach and a 5 minute walk from the fishing pier. Will definitely consider again if I'm ever in Jax Beach again!

It is a great location. It would be nice to have beach chairs and extra towels. Happy to pay more for them. There is a shaded back patio with so much potential. Right now just has two crappy chairs.

For a place to rest and shower it works, it’s close to the beach and bars.If you have kids it doesn’t work to well, no dining table to sit at and eat meals. Pest control is needed there were roaches and spiders throughout the kitchen and bathroom. I couldn’t find any cleaning supplies to sweep the floor or the rug. If you want to bar hop and hang out on the beach or just watch tv this place works fine.

This place was exactly what I needed. Very simple, no frills, but had all the basics and extremely close to the beach. Such an easy walk and the beach access has a new walkway. Bring a bag of ice. No ice maker. There is a counter top ice maker but the ice cubes melt quickly. Beds were comfortable and the air conditioner worked great. What more do you need for a long weekend at the beach.Bring your own beach towels and chairs, like I said, there are only the basics. I would definitely stay here again.

Great location for the family to retreat to the beach for a week. Fun patio and all the space we needed for a great week! Host was very easy to work with and communicated back and forth whenever we needed something.

Beach trip

Great location right next to the beach and a lot of night life. Rooms were comfortable. Was nice to have parking so we didn't have to worry about finding a spot.
