Check-In/Out: Check-in is after 4:00 PM. Check-out is by 11:00 AM. Late check-out incurs a $100 fee.
Communication: Use messaging only for any questions. The leasing office is not authorized to assist guests.
No Parties: Absolutely no parties or events. Violations will result in cancellation, a $1,000 fine, and possible police involvement.
Noise: Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Be respectful to neighbors at all times.
Strict No-Smoking Policy: This is a smoke-free community. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment, on balconies, in parking areas, at the pool, and in all common spaces. No exceptions. Violations are subject to a minimum fine of $1,000 and may result in immediate termination of the stay.
No-Pet Policy: Pets are not permitted on the premises under any circumstances. Bringing animals into the property without authorization will result in a minimum fine of $500 and may lead to cancellation of the reservation.
Package Delivery Policy: Guests must request guidance before scheduling any deliveries, as carriers are not permitted to deliver directly to the apartment door, and guests do not have access to the community’s package room.
Guest Limit: Only registered guests are allowed. Notify us of any changes.
Cleanliness: Keep the space tidy. Excessive mess may result in extra cleaning fees.
Appliances: Use all provided appliances and amenities responsibly.
Safety: Lock doors and windows when leaving. Security cameras monitor entrances for your safety.
Environment: Please turn off lights, AC, and appliances when not in use.
Damages: Report any damage or missing items immediately so we can resolve it together.
