“I ask for maid service for my 3 night stay and received only 2 days : sad that they require guest to request maid service in advance (should be standard operating procedure) and even after asking it’s hit or miss……..”

“Nothing unique, staff made our stay very pleasant, room was clean, beds comfortable and the breakfast was average. Filling nothing fancy. Will stay again!”

“For the price it’s grate. It’s about 30 min away from the marine base, it is an hour away from ILH, and everything is in basically Wilmington. Jacksonville has some places but it doesn’t have nearly as much at Wilmington. The room was pretty clean. No bugs or weird stuff. So, I would say that the hotel was pretty nice. Thor coffee is good too. I’m a sucker for hotel coffee.”

“Loved the large walk in shower, hated the bare bedroom floor. Breakfast was so so. Of the things I usually eat - watery oatmeal, old biscuits, coffee was terrible. Several people were making waffles but it was too much of an effort for me.”

“We did not get the room that we booked through expedia. I can't get any money back for my suite that we booked because we went through a 3rd party. Now, I have to got back to expedia to dispute this because it was their fault. They booked a room that wasn't even available. We didn't know until we got to the hotel. We had to pay for a second room so the others could have room to sleep. They did give us a little discount but still not enough to make up for the amount we spent on the riverview...
