La nostra villa ben arredata presenta soffitti a volta dipinti con ventilatori a soffitto in ogni stanza aggiungendo un'atmosfera tropicale. L'arredamento è confortevole ed elegante e un mix eclettico di oggetti d'antiquariato e nuovi pezzi che si aggiungono anche all'atmosfera tropicale. C'è una porta scorrevole sul patio pavimentato in ardesia che è dotato di un set da pranzo con altezza bar da 5 pezzi per le migliori viste. Il soggiorno, la sala da pranzo e la cucina sono un concetto aperto e ogni stanza è ben accessoriata con dipinti ad olio, stampe, lampade di design e pezzi di arredamento. La cucina dispone di superfici in granito e pietra ollare, armadi e modanature aggiornati, un'isola centrale con frigorifero per vini e posti a sedere per 4, porta dell'armadio ed elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile sono tutti inclusi nella cucina completamente attrezzata
Il master dispone di un letto K con biancheria da letto personalizzata, una grande vasca da bagno, doccia e doppio lavabo tutto con superfici in pietra ollare. I restanti due bagni sono rifiniti con granito, ardesia e ghiaia di fiume. Uno contenente una doccia e l'altro una combinazione vasca / doccia
La seconda camera è arredata con due letti singoli e la terza con due letti matrimoniali. Ogni camera è ben arredata con letti e accessori di design. Le viste dalle camere da letto sono a lungo raggio sulla bellissima chioma d'albero dell'isola e sul fiume Amelia che fa parte del canale navigabile inter costiero.

Our family loved staying in this villa! It was very family friendly. The room off of the living room was great for the kids to have their own space while the adults could relax in the living room or out on the terrace with the beautiful ocean view. Thank you Kay for making our family gathering special and being so accommodating!

We just completed 6 weeks at this lovely Amelia Island condo. Beautiful morning sunrises, fantastic walking and bike riding paths, wonderful restaurants, and a heated pool. Just perfect for this retired snowbird!

It was our first time to Amelia Island. Kay has a beautiful home with lots of amenities. The view was terrific, pool great for swimming and the wide open beach great for the family.

Perfect place to enjoy Amelia Island. The condo was perfect and included everything we needed for the beach. Very spacious, comfortable and great views. Kay is great, very responsive and accommodating. We will definitely stay here again.

The fourth bedroom had no air vent in the room so very warm to sleep in. I think you should tell people that. I would not have considered it because of that. If someone isn’t necessarily looking for a 4th bedroom would have been fine but we needed the fourth bedroom and it was very uncomfortable to seep in. I believe it is misleading and you should have that in your specs of the room. I wish people would leave tv instructions. All tv are not the same.

Lovely property, a wonderful stay. Would recommend for families. Nice beach view. Towels, kitchen and beach needs all met. Lots of stairs and elevator use to come and go, so access can be something to consider if that is a concern.

The air conditioning went out on day 3 of our 5-day stay. The property owners were out of town but they and the property manager did everything possible to get it repaired quickly; however, availability of parts is definitely out of their control. Although this was an inconvenience for us (1st world problems), it was never unbearable inside the property because we kept the front windows and back door open, and had a fan pulling air through during the day. It was late February and in the 80's during the day, but was very comfortable at night. That said, the property was VERY spacious and had every amenity we could imagine, and we even hosted a party for a limited number of our son's wedding party. It is well maintained and has the best views. The location is also within driving distance (20-30 minutes max) of so many different restaurants. My wife even got to check off a bucket list item when she got to visit house from the original Pippi Longstocking movie. I highly recommend this property and would stay here again if we ever go back to Amelia Island.

This condo is beautiful and spacious. We were wowed as soon as we opened the door. The kitchen is very well stocked with fancy items, and provided everything we needed. The living room had seating for everyone. The ocean view is great. We could see sunrise out on the balcony and sunset from off the master bedroom balcony. The master bedroom is impressively large. The swimming pool is very close by and a very nice temperature. There are umbrellas and chairs at the pool. There are bathrooms down close to the pool that we didn't discover until our last day. It is a bit of walk to the beach, with quite a few stairs involved. There is a closet in the condo that stores enough beach chairs for everyone, as well as umbrellas, tent, coolers, etc. This was our first trip to Amelia Island. We recommend the Segway tour on site, Fort Clinch, the shrimp eco tour cruise, 1928 Cuban Bistro, and Fantastic Fudge.

Overall we were very please but one thing you need to know is that there are steps from the elevator to the floor and there isn't outside storage for all your beach stuff. we enjoyed the balcony very much but unfortunately there isn't an awning - it rained every day, so we weren't able to be out on it...another issue was the shower head in the hall bath- needs to be replaced. The location is perfect - its only a mile to the tip of the island where we found tons of shells!

We had a wonderful visit. Love the beaches of Amelia Island. This property is located in The Plantation which offers lots of things to do while you are not on the beach (shopping, food, excursions). This owner had a closet full of everything you would need for a day at the beach which was wonderful. They also had a small room that had toys for our grandchild. Would definitely stay again.

Pictures did not do the Condo justice. View of ocean from deck and front windows was great. Kitchen well stocked . Bedrooms were comfortable for all. Very nicely furnished. Owner great to work with. Heated pool was not crowded and nicely landscaped. Amelia Plantation had it all - beautiful scenery, good restaurants, fun places to visit for a 6 year old - Drummond Park, nature center activities, swimming at the pool and ocean and playing at the beach

Overall good. Very well appointed unit Owners very generous in the amount of beach toys and kitchen items available for use. Easily had dinner for 9 seated at tables. Amelia Island itself is great! Issue with check-in: Guards at entry gate had no record of our reservation and therefore refused entry They eventually accepted as proof our email confirmation But they were pretty rude about it Multiple calls to property manager/owner went straight to voicemail Did manage to reach by text, but the owner seemed to have forgotten we were renting. All was taken care of in less than 10 minutes (seemed like 30) , but it was not a great start after having driven nearly 12 hours Unit itself is very nice. Definitely not handicap accessible (did not affect us) as elevator stops only on the 1/2 floor Meaning everyone needs to go up or down at least 7 stairs to reach units in their building Also it’s a bit of a walk to the beach even though unit is technically ocean front—-walk up stairs across one boardwalk past pool, then down those stairs across grassy area that used to be golf fairway, then up stairs to a second boardwalk across the dunes. Once on the beach it’s a 75 yards to the actual water.

We just spent a week here for our family summer vacation. The bedrooms were arranged perfectly for us-especially the bedroom with two double beds and an en suite bathroom where the 3 teenagers slept. The kitchen had absolutely everything we needed and the front closet was equipped with the equipment we needed-boogie boards, beach chairs, etc. The pool was very clean. We did have an issue with the air conditioner upon check-in. It would stop working, then after about 20 minutes, start working again. I notified the owner and she had A/C repairman come first thing Monday morning (which it what we were ok with since it did work some of the time and we weren't hot). He fixed the issue quickly and we never had trouble again. The owner with quick to respond and easy to communicate with. Our time here was wonderful and we would stay here again!

We loved our stay! Amelia Island is amazing, and this condo added to it. Everything from the breath taking ocean view to the quick response time from the owner made our stay wonderful. The condo is spacious and comfortable. The entire grounds of the resort are immaculate. Don't hesitate to book!
