“I was under the impression it was a whole house. When arrived it was a quad plex. I wanted a house not a duplex. Then the garage wasn’t working. Audrey and her team were very nice. But I feel her property wasn’t listed accordingly !”

“Fantastic stay! Perfect location right on the beach with heated pool. Condo was spotless and extremely comfortable. Pillows and bedding are the best we’ve ever had. We ended each evening with a walk on the beach then enjoyed our favorite beverage on the deck. Sliders is just down the road for the best beach bar experience. Lively music and great food. No issues at all. We will be back!”

“This property is located conveniently next to the porpoise point ramp on vilano beach. There are plenty of restaurants near by and it is just a stones throw away from downtown st Augustine and st Augustine beach. The property is appointed with everything you need for a weekend stay. The bed was comfortable and the villa was clean. The pool in the back is on the smaller side, but was very clean and we enjoyed it. The back deck is really nice too.
