“The biggest problem from the start is this. Online the place is listed as a one bedroom. This unit is a studio. Had I known it was a studio I would not have booked it, simple as that. It was clean, the kitchen was fine, the bathroom was fine. The "outdoor space" is not enclosed, useless for pets. There is an outdoor shower but one of the units has a Florida room that overlooks it so I wasn't going to put on a show. This unit had a beach umbrella, it's broken. The A/C unit sits low in the wall...

"This place made our holiday! How they made up the building is amazing!! The rooms so comfortable, even the standard ones; and, most important, clean! Thanks to all the housekeeping staff! The pool: a truly lovely one!! Reception so sympathetic: thank you! The view from the lobby, beautiful. Car park service. Coffee shop and restaurant. Gym and laundry. Cannot find a defect: the staff at the restaurant sometimes confused, but they are young girls and boys so i wish them a good job! Thanks everybody! It was sad we had to leave...."
