This private in-law suite offers a quiet retreat just five miles from Jacksonville public beaches and coastal attractions like the pier, the Seawalk Pavilion, and the Beaches Museum. The Mayo Clinic is just down the road, making this a great choice for traveling nurses, and the University of North Florida is only six miles west so it's also an ideal choice for families visiting for graduations.

The single-story interior has been beautifully updated and fully appointed for modern comfort. Deluxe accents and fixtures include gorgeous kitchen countertops. Updated stainless steel kitchen appliances make it easy to plan and prepare home-cooked meals. Home essentials include central air-conditioning, free WiFi, and a private washer/dryer.

This property can be rented together with By the Beach - Main as By the Beach - Full Property. Please note that the "In Law" suite is located on the side of the main home and it is attached to the main home, but access is on the side of the home

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Close proximity to Mayo

Overall good stay. It is an older house but clean and newer furniture. Decent price.Good,quiet neighborhood, close to food and more importantly, Mayo Clinic for daily appointments. It would be helpful to have some type of towel hangers in the bathroom or maybe a small table. Would stay again if needed.
