Descrizione della proprietà:

Un condominio pulito e luminoso ad un ottimo prezzo! Fornisce tutti gli elementi di base di cui avrai bisogno per avere un ottimo rifugio dal tuo programma fitto di appuntamenti. Godetevi il balcone privato con vista sull'oceano mentre vi svegliate ogni mattina o mentre vi sistemate ogni sera. Apprezzerai sicuramente la vicinanza ad uno degli accessi alla spiaggia del complesso, situato accanto all'edificio. Se non hai voglia di nuotare nell'oceano per un giorno (che è altamente improbabile!), fare una nuotata rinfrescante in piscina. I ristoranti e i negozi sono a breve distanza in auto dalla parte centrale di Surf City.

Il Surf Condominiums è un complesso di fronte all'oceano che offre sistemazioni convenienti a prezzi convenienti. Tutte le unità sono dotate di balcone con vista sul cortile interno e sull'oceano. Gli accessi alla spiaggia privata sono disponibili per uso residente e ospite. I residenti e gli ospiti hanno anche accesso alla piscina, che è aperta da maggio a settembre. La cottura alla griglia è consentita in aree designate alla griglia attorno al complesso. Le lavanderie sono situate in loco presso l'ufficio dell'associazione dei proprietari dell'Unità Surf e dispongono di lavatrici e asciugatrici a gettone. Due macchine permesse per ogni proprietà. The Condo was great. The description in the listing was accurate. It was clean and the view was awesome! The 1 and 1/2 bath worked out great for one adult and 2 teens. The pool was nice and clean as well as the grounds. We will definitely stay here again.

My husband and I were so looking forward to vacationing here. However, starting with the door that wouldn’t open things went downhill quickly. you basically have to throw your body weight against the door to open it. The unit had a few dead bugs, the walls throughout the unit are filthy, and all the venting is completely rusted. The furniture is even worse. Threadbare couches and chair that are stained and the kitchen barstools are filthy. The balcony chairs were great and the view is beautiful-very close to the ocean. We moved to a different unit the next day. The complex is great-access to ocean is very good and the pool area is huge. Would not recommend 222! Lewis Property was very good about getting us out of the unit and into another one!

We loved the view from our room, however the condo was outdated and dirty. Many of the surfaces were dirty and sticky. The walls, baseboards, and corners were not clean. It could use a fresh coat of paint. I would not stay there again.

The condo was perfect for my family and located close to everything. Kitchen was well stocked, bed was comfortable and air conditioner worked very well. Great private entrance to beach. The internet service was HORRIBLE and the sofa bed shouldn’t be considered a sleeping option because it was not usable for anyone over 100 lbs. We could not stay connected to the internet when we were able to get connected. The pool was kept clean but wished it would have stayed open until 9pm instead of 8pm. It was a great option for the money.

I love that it’s a gated property. The pool is huge and my kids loved it! Easy access to the beach and very friendly people! We saw turtles being released into the ocean from our ocean front balcony! We would absolutely stay here again!

The property was perfect for our needs. The property was clean and well-kept. The faucet in the bathtub had a leak, but Lewis Realty told me that they were taking care of that yesterday, so it should be fixed. Some helpful information - The photograph of the beach is an accurate representation f what you can see from the deck, so it was wonderful for drinking coffee in the morning and enjoying the ocean. The side windows of the living room face the pool, so it was easy to see whether it was busy or not just by looking out. The condo is up about 25 stairs. The master bed was very comfortable. The kitchen was very well stocked with all the kitchen implements you could need including both a coffee maker and a Keurig. Cable and wifi worked fine and the wifi is property wide, so we could use it by the pool as well. Parking was very easy - always could find a spot. All in all it was perfect. We had no complaints or difficulties with this condo.

We enjoyed our stay here! The place was clean and inviting. The decor was older but I was there for the beach and spent most of my time on the balcony and on the beach. I think hardwoods would work better but like I said I wasn’t there for the inside of the condo. The balcony was perfect. Great views and plenty of seating. The faucet was leaky which was annoying for someone that likes complete silence when sleeping but that can also be fixed. But we had everything we needed. It was bigger than I thought. Well worth the money to me!

We loved the beach access and the pool availability. Parking was awesome and great places to eat so close. Walked to the surf city pier on the beach everyday and enjoyed the little bar so close! Perfect, perfect getaway!

The condo was nice it does really needs updated . The view was awesome. It was perfect for our family for the week we spent in it and the beach was very close. I would recommend it to friends and hope to visit again next year!

The unit could use some paint and updating. There are also some minor maintanance issues that need attention..such as dripping faucet and squeaky bed. It was clean and had everything we needed. We don't spend much time in the condo so it met our needs. The view from the deck is great. The pool is outstanding..although wish it was open later than 8:00 pm.

The Surf Condo Complex in Surf City is AMAZING! It has so many amenities! The two I found most wonderful were the in-ground pool and the shower by the beach so you can rinse off after a gorgeous day at the beach. On my next visit, I would book a different unit. This unit has an AMAZING view! The only downside was that the bathrooms needed updating. We will definitely be back next year!

Great place for small family. Loved the balcony. Could use a few touch ups, and a little freshening up, but overall, nice place. Had everything we needed in stock, great views of the beach. Would definitely rent it again.
