“I am truly disappointed in this entire transaction. The hotel was booked back in July of 2022. Sometime during the hotel closed in January 2023 and no notification was sent to me letting me know about this. I was super lucky to be able to pivot and find another room at a different location. I wish there had been some communication about the closure. Hotels.com did come through in getting me a refund. ”

“Front desk was really pleasant and helpful. Rooms were a little rundown, but it was stayable...definitely could use renovation which I thought I had seen that it was recently renovated. I also have stayed at this location 2-3 times previously and they were doing work before so not sure what has changed. Ownership/Management? Again, the front desk was really pleasant and the hotel condition is not her fault. The breakfast was very disheartening...very skimpy - all carbs, no protein so dont try...
