“Great set up. Well stocked with what we needed. Unfortunately on the alley beside our room there is a metal grate covering a hole in the road which makes a loud banging noise every time a car runs over it. We and other couples who stayed there had difficulty sleeping due to this. ”

“While Shirley at the front desk was professional and accommodating, this property is in need of serious updating. They also appeared to have a fruit fly issue… An elevator in the hotel and an elevator in the parking structure were out of order. I think these accommodations were embarrassing for a wedding party that had perhaps encouraged guests to stay, perhaps remembering it as a younger, better maintained property prior?”

“Very nice hotel. Close to the stadiums. Lots of lounge areas. Free drinks on check in. Only hiccup was the bathroom shower- the tile is opaque and can be seen in the bedroom. Not a big deal for us- but could be awkward depending on who you share a room with.”

“Really great staff. However, for a Westin, it was disappointing. Westin is usually a top tier hotel. No room service, no robes in the room. The grab and go area left much to be desired. Hotel needs some updating.”

“We checked in for 2 nights, our room was dirty at check in! There was Hair all over the bathroom floor, sticky stuff on the big table toilet had stains on it and the Toilet paper was almost gone…..it took several request just to get more Toilet paper…Not acceptable! The shower was clogged up… that was not taken care off neither. I had to clean our room, which is not acceptable! I went to the front desk and told them that we needed toilet paper and that the room was dirty. The front desk Attend...

“The hotel is, overall, old. Cleanliness is poor. The room is cleaned occasionally, and only after strong insistence at the reception, despite the hotel website stating the daily housekeeping of rooms. The staff is not friendly and inefficient. The room rate is too high for the offered service. ”
