“Great set up. Well stocked with what we needed. Unfortunately on the alley beside our room there is a metal grate covering a hole in the road which makes a loud banging noise every time a car runs over it. We and other couples who stayed there had difficulty sleeping due to this. ”

“We stayed her to attend Refs/Braves game. They had valet parking which was nice, being downtown. The Staff was the most friendly staff ever, rooms were very clean and nice, gym had the necessities, breakfast was great that was included and so many places to eat and shop on same street! Definitely recommend!”

“The location is great for downtown downtown if you are mainly is sightseeing and visiting there. In-N-Out parking is available at $46 a day. We were not expecting that price. The staff while Pleasant was a little inexperienced and dealing with problem solving. The toilets in the common areas were overflowing not sure why. “The hotel is, overall, old. Cleanliness is poor. The room is cleaned occasionally, and only after strong insistence at the reception, despite the hotel website stating the daily housekeeping of rooms. The staff is not friendly and inefficient. The room rate is too high for the offered service. ”

“I had 9 of my grandchildren and myself in a 2 bedroom king suite. There was space for everyone to sleep. I loved waking up and looking out at the water and Cincinnati. The kids enjoyed the pool.”
