“Staff reception gentilissimo, disponibile. Ci hanno fornito mappe e informazioni sui siti da visitare. Posizione eccezionale: si raggiunge tutto a piedi. Camera standard semplice, ma nuova e pulita. Colazione a scelta molto abbondante sul terrazzo con vidta eccezionale sul lago ed i suoi palazzi.”

“Bellissimo hotel con una splendida vita sul lago e sul lake palace. Camera grande e spaziosa, bagno confortevole. La vista dalle nostre camere era molto bella anche se devo segnalare la presenza sui davanzali di escrementi di volatili, consiglio di prendere provvedimenti perché è un peccato vedere il lake palace e poi avere sotto un tappeto di sporco che non viene rimosso da tempo credo. Cucina al ristorante buona, con un buon servizio. Piscina molto grande ma dato il brutto tempo non l’abbiamo...

“I liked this hotel. It is quirky - an old haveli, rooms are all interesting and the landing areas between them have seating / meeting areas - cool and pleasant spaces. The room towels are a non-original shade of grey. Not dirty at all but not new I suppose. The dining area has a clear view of the lake and above it is more seating again with glorious views. The breakfast is comprehensive - some lovely pancakes - and the service there is excellent. ”

“The hotel is stunning and the staff very friendly, however, 2 points to mention: - the windows of our lake view room were very dirty, and sealed, which ruined the view. - on the second night, the swimming pool area was closed for a private event, and the guests were not able to access the premises ”

“The location of this hotel is amazing. All the touristy spots are within walking range. The hotel has beautiful view of Pichola lake. The breakfast on the rooftop was cherry on the cake. They serve amazing breakfast. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Special shout out to Aman who took really good care of us. ”

“Great location. Most sights within walking distance. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and made you feel at home as soon as you walked through the door. Rajiv was exceptional in the level of service he offered. He went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable. The restaurant was excellent and provided great views of the city and City Palace. The room is basic but has everything you need. There is a fair amount of noise in the area. Would highly recommend.”
