“When i showed up the hotel with my family after 9 hour drive, i was told there are no reservation on my name. This was a fully paid reservation. The property asked me to produce the voucher from expedia. But i never received any. After 2 hours spent at the property, we had to go looking for another hotel in a city we were in for the first timr. It was late night and i had 2 women with me. Absolute nightmare. Expedia didnt have any rep to respond to us. Will never use expedia again”

“It’s a hotel that has lost its prime. I shows glimpses of being a premium property in the past. The service was sub par, rooms are showing signs of ill maintenance, bathroom had leakage while the bathtub was cracked in the middle. The doors showed signs of being pried open many times.”

We encountered a massive traffic jam in the middle of a bridge. He helped our entire family cross the bridge, carried our bags, and arranged a local taxi to ensure we could reach the station on time.
